Yup pretty much what most of us are thinking. Consent is all they need. The receivership deceivers are so far off the rails they think like corrupt gov.
It seems to me that you are confusing time during conservatorship and time AFTER conservatorship.
After (recap&)/release, the government has no more say in FnF, nor will it hold any shares permanently, like the 51% you mention. FnF will be private corporations again.
