If they were still pursuing the audit, they wouldnt have put out this offering as it messes up the audit if they start diluting.

I have no reason to believe otherwise that they havent completely abandoned the audit.

I'm wondering that also... was pretty surprised they filed an offering before even providing audited financials. Its like saying 'trust me, buy this chunk of coal for the price of gold and maybe it'll turn into a diamond at some point'.

Is there eve any evidence that they are still doing that audit and going to provide audited financials? Or was that a scam the entire time? How can they do an offering when they are supposedly in process of their audit?
