Nice pop on MPTI. Up 9% today. Even after management splashed a little cold water on things yesterday imo, talking about how margins would come down. Hey will take it! Trimmed a few into the strength this afternoon.
Another excellent quarter for MPTI. Interesting remember how they cautioned investors at their Sidoti presentation that the big Q2 gross margins were a perfect storm and would be coming down? Well gross margins actually increased sequentially from 41.6% to 42.8%! Thanks guys...
I'm not touching it around $30. But what a deal at $14 after the strong Q2 report. Oh well. Guess shouldn't rely on the word of a management team that reports earnings on 11/9 and is holding their conference call a WEEK later on 11/16. Ha they still seem to be learning when it comes to IR, but the business is performing beautifully. Hopefully some are still holding.
