not always, Having been a Fed and having awarded contracts. Its ALWAYS, LOW BID and either Minority or Family Owned Businesses First.......Efficiency and durability often take a back seat due to rules that we must follow that were handed down by congress.............So, honestly, Dont pump Gov Contracts......I used to Grant them and 99.9% of the time it was to someone who had an inferior product or business but just happened to fit the demographics the feds were looking for. Look what happened after Katrina. If they hired the Best companies for clean up. It would have been done. But, no, they hired Politically correct companies that could not get the job done.

As a taxpayer, I will expect the government to require
Aero Exhaust on all gasoline and diesel engines to save
me and the other taxpayers money!
