Well, I'm thinking that it's because $RGGI isn't putting out press releases on the InvestorsHub homepage stream anymore. It's an OTC stock that's acting more astute, like a NASDAQ stock.... Attempting to shake the penny stock image/delemna now before uplisting??

Because the market doesn’t care about otcbb stocks with obscure names like ResGreen Group International. What is that some kinda importer exporter
