Are we STILL stuck on this Scandium output issue? do we NOT think that the government entitiy(s) i.e., EXIM and maybe others, that are reviewing the finance request application and doing their EXTENSIVE due diligence are NOT going to closely review the ouput quantities and viability of revenue generation per element?? or Do you think that YOU have hit on a blind spot here and nobody else has noticed it and considering it???
I'm betting that THEY (financing entities) will do more due diligence than your 10 minutes of research...... i think i could win that bet all day long!!
