I thought we were at an end. I guess not. In 2001 I met with the SEC and the FBI in Atlanta before I was to testify against Timothy Moses at IBCL. They told me point blank that they were aware of the shorting. I also met with a guy named Avi Mirman - a self proclaimed shorter- while I was waiting to testify. Wasn't the first time I talked with him. He was the guy that was trying to keep IBCL alive while likely shorting the stock himself.
