IMO Rick was duped into thinking PLPL was a clean shell with no problems. It clearly was not otherwise FINRA would have approved the merger.
IMO Tad realized all his pre-approval Byoplanet pumps failed to produce the anticipated run which stalled at .0011 and fell back below mid trips. With FINRA approval unlikely -and Rick obviously one of those "unhappy folks not in for the long game"-- he pulled the plug.
If Tad announces yet another R/M candidate before the deal is finalized AND APPROVED then it's clear he's engaging in more pump-and-dump for himself and his old toxic financier cronies.
