Had to try anyway, as I can't control how others act; only my reaction to their efforts.

I use the ignore, yet I'm sure they still respond, even though I can't see their posts; so they end up speaking amongst themselves.

Sure I could go back and forth, by removing the ignore feature but to what avail?

The overall climate has changed and I can't say for the better...

The "deaf ears" crowd I additionally appeal to because even the deaf can read.

Some can dish it out but they can't take it and only they know who they are.

I would imagine you are playing to deaf ears.
