NKLA got approval from the vote to sell more shares - lots more
Yet - there is a regulated process for this which starts with the filing and approval of a prospectus
I have not seen this
Anyone?
(not even sure its good or bad - but it seems "wrong" unless they have "space" in number of shares and calendar time from a prior offering document - prospectus and approval?)
