I'm sure they have ruthlessly counted the number of naked shares with the total number of Series B to be converted for the next few years. When the last Series B shares is purchased, then the pps will remain a 'dangling noodle' waiting for company news.
I would expect a huge RS prior to any significant announcements, if any.
