Up to April 30, 2019, the following officers and director have received cash and restricted stock awards as compensation for Services since the Company’s inception. We have employment agreements with our Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer, each of whom was to be compensated by stock grants accrued monthly based on current share prices or block grants during the period ended December 31, 2022. In consideration of the Company’s financial performance and lack of liquidity during this period, each of our officers waived compensation and we adjusted compensation accordingly.
