Why are you not answering the question? How in your scenario do the CEO and Original Anew shareholders make any money off this deal? Don’t you understand that if the RS happened, the current LEAS outstanding shares would only be 5% of the OS and the original ANEW shareholders would own 95% of the company and get 95% of the 60 million dollars. And you really think that just because the RS didn’t go through, surprise surprise all that money is going to LEAS shareholders. That makes zero sense and trust me I want it to make sense.
