No, Rat is a professional pumper from Hungry. I tracked him to his scam through image search of some picture and name he had associated with his account years ago using some identity theft from a legit person in the UK. I found an account using the same picture soliciting his pumping services. I can't imagine that ERBB can make it worth his while even though most of his posts are obviously done by a bot. I posted all that stuff years ago from this account so it might still be on this board if they didn't take it down.
