If you have the power to hold you will make out like a bandit, its the weekend crybabies that are going to get dysfunctionally confused.
The real secret here is the governance and oversight, only real companies go to that length when they are still pinkies... the vision is there, the groundwork has been laid, execution should start within 3 months.
