I would say it does, it may still drift back to the low $29 in the next few days, so stagger your buys. Some ten minutes ago took off GENZ at $44.49 for a small profit ($.30) and took a loss on the first serving of AMGN at $59.90 ($1.60). At about the same time extricated myself from the biopair, IDPH at $33.47 a minor loss and BGEN at $38.50 just pennies loss.
