I wouldn't define any one who is rolling out hydrogen refueling infrastructure as a competitor at this stage as the opportunity and need is so huge.

It looks like they (truezero) are focussing more on the saloon car market where the stations are required to be more local near residential areas and on main route.

Nikola HYVIA with their partners are focussing on installing at truck fleet depots (this year) and then strategic location on the main haul routes for the customers of their dealers - like Budweiser delivery routes and around the ports on West and East coast

Is there like to be overlap - sure - it isn't clear to me if HYVIA stations will be open to public cars not trucks and vice versa - they could sit alongside each other :-) but that will be a measure of successful adoption in 2025 or later
