I did some research into these two characters that MRMD is suing. I Googled Donnie Burton and Harvest Foundation LLC and all that came up for Donnie Burton was his LinkedIn page. On his LinkedIn page it says he is a Principal of The Harvest Foundation LLC and the CEO of The BLE Private Equity Group.
Then I Googled "The BLE Private Equity Group" and it doesn't really exist anywhere on the interwebs, except for on his LinkedIn Page. Apparently The BLE Private Equity Group is a completely fictitious entity.

I doubt MariMed recovers much money, because it sounds like these two crooks already sold some of the stock. I'm sure that money is long gone.
Maybe with some luck MariMed can pick up these lost licenses for cheap. Might even be more valuable than the stock in the long run, who knows?
