You've got to cut him some slack imho. After all, multi-million dollar deals don't grow on trees. It takes time to close a big deal and Adam probably didn't realize how long it would take him to do his first deal.
This is common OTC practice. Believe me.
Many, many OTC CEO's have made "promises" to investors that haven't been fulfilled. Those who might be new to the OTC game, may not realize it. But to experienced OTC traders, broken promises are just part of the game.
