You've got to cut him some slack imho. After all, multi-million dollar deals don't grow on trees. It takes time to close a big deal and Adam probably didn't realize how long it would take him to do his first deal (just my own speculation).
If we don't hear something before EOY, I'll probably start selling off some of my shares for tax loss purposes.
