Why?

Two separate things.

Being a poster and being a mod are two separate things.

Being a mod doesn’t mean taking on a posting style. It means that you help enforce the terms of service for the site.

Most of us get that and act accordingly.

How's that different from anyone else attacking or lying? On most boards I don't have a reason to care or know who is moderator.

When a moderator is allowed to attack and lie without repercussion...you have a problem.

Define attack........also, anybody can flag a post for moderation. If a moderator consistently breaks TOS, they will be removed...........
