Dilution is not RS…just discount for a day or two and that’s it IMO…Tesla did many offerings too and it didn’t hurt…same is here

if

if the stock PPS on an issue of X more shares is $2 or > $2 and the stock PPS falls on anticipation - then it will be a good time to add speculative shares

right now - one might think (I hope but do not know) that some dilution is ALREADY priced into PPS but so much of the movement is not fundamental but chart or short covering (i.e. no way to know if any dilution is priced in already ---------------- and for sure with this volatility - the PPS on an offering - right now - is a guess and it could be lower than $2)
