Amen on RDGL's Twitter flunky misreading his boss' original July 6 update, as someone on this board said in face of much ridicule at time. But that doesn't get RDGL off hook for getting caught editing the July 6 update after release with no indication it was edited or the edit date. That's dishonest.
And no, MK clearly doesn't know what to say/not say vis a vis working with FDA as anyone who bothered to read RDGL updates knows. He goes into FDA meetings wasting reviewers' time with off topic nonsense, and has sadly concluded more than one meeting blaming FDA for delays when any objective observer clearly sees all delays have been 100% on RDGL. That kind of nonsense doesn't help when one's company is entirely in the hands of the FDA.
