AZCowboy.... its not that easy as you say.... your batting average is still zero for all these years...admit to the board that the Trust you are posting about is the WMIL-T, and not some other nebulous hidden Trust holding billions of dollars to be disbursed later on to these waiting milksops drooling for dollars falling from this unknown Trust..... for starters, how much does this magical Trust. hold?... who is the beneficiary?..what obligations does WMI or xxxx, as you say controls it, has to make payments to claimants?...most importantly, when will the money flow?....now, dont do a "Large Green" and start punting to the future...are you suggesting that there are TWO Trust Funds set up by WMI?... one to Fund the chapter 11, and another separate Trust holding billions of dollars to be distributed to holders of claims later on?....now, dont "bug out", or do a ron escape maneuver ( 309 billion dollars awarded to WMI for RICO damages), dislose the whearabouts of this so called second TRUST FUND holding billions of dollars.......Lodas
