Rules? Like rules for annual meetings? Rules for SEC filings? Rules for reporting insider share transactions? Rules for 5% ownership reporting?
Honestly, what rules has the company been following these past years ? About the only one that I know of is to keep the corporation current with the Colorado Secretary of State. I suspect that the only reason for those filings is to provide a corporate shield for the officers.
