Discussion about shorts , numbers of shorts , proof of shorts or no shorts has been a total waste of time ! Day and night is has gone on ! And to no consequence !!!
Any way it comes down I could care less but "put the focus" on Peter Ntephe and his boss Mr. Offor ! They are the real culprits who got ERHC shares blocked from being traded on the US markets and essentially the SP capped for many years. !!
The department of justice should have a look at the cash flow in and out of Peter Ntephe's personal bank accounts !!

I agree with the latest suggestions to discuss erhc management, why they have allowed the stock to deteriorate to its current position and why they keep the public in the dark about erhc financials, share ownership, and share structure. I have suggested this many times before but get nothing but made up short seller, gag order, done buyout deal nonsense.
