Never underestimate MK's ability to f things up with FDA. Testing isn't complete until RDGL submits results to FDA, yet he can't be bothered to submit the rabbit results and hasn't even started the genotoxicity testing. Did RDGL even have the 5th meeting yet with FDA? Don't know becuase RDGL is radiosilent.
