No one's paying the TA anymore. I noted years ago that BNY Melon no longer lists Remote as a client.
No one is paying OTC Markets, either.
Nothing will change here until Finra delists the ticker.
MMs can't make a market on an Expert Market ticker. One would need to file a 15c2-11 in order for that to happen. But that requires coordination with the company. Which, of course, there is none.
