The context you are unwilling or unable to grasp is that shells with vast amounts of convertible debt are not really controlled by the CEO. They are largely controlled by the folks owning the debt. I think you have been around penny stocks awhile. Surely you would acknowledge this for any company other than MIKP?
Back then, MIKP had a freaking ton of convertible debt. And most of it got converted.
That was then. This is now. Refusing to acknowledge the importance of going from massive convertible debt to ZERO CONVERTIBLE DEBT is not really fair.
