Did the objective of buy low and sell high change somewhere along the way. Of course I would wait until I believed that I could obtain a position that would be profitable. That time is not now, and not early in a regulation "A" offering post split scenario.

My posting for the past year hasn't moved this stock one way or another and that is a historical fact. Longs just need an explanation for the poor share performance other than the reality of the company history and spread sheet.

Longs are stuck with their shares and need a boogeyman to blame it on. There is little to no interest in this ticker because of the debt restructuring, regulation "A" dilution pending, and other much better risks lighting up our watch lists now. Not even $60 worth traded Friday.

To summarize (as you said earlier) you just wait expecting to 'get a position' later. That explains your effort to get the pps as low as possible so you can get that position at the lowest possible price.
