Unfortunately...

I hope I'm wrong. Those chomping at the bit to throw insults and such may wind up quickly regretting it after reading way more intelligent and researched responses regarding how we feel about them.

And we have stockpiles of ammunition, i.e. past behavior and statements.

I intend to personally interact as if the classic code of conduct is still intact.

Then again I have no moral qualms responding "in kind" to personally objectionable comments.

I don't know - I'm already seeing it and "feeling" it that this is turning rapidly to one giant shit-show and waste of time.

A few boards I'm watching (the more popular a scam - the quicker it will happen and in more prolific quantity) ...several I'm watching are already rapidly just turning to spam-fests and personal attack flame throwing pits and gibber-fests about nothing (ALL now fully "approved" per the new TOS).

I can scan Stocktwits much, much faster and "Get the jest of the pump" and the "root of the scam" and who the likely "non disclosing promoters are"" on any given one of these con-job "companies" w/o needing to weed slowly through a wasteland of Ihub posts.

One will find that "THE SEC" (or DOJ if it rises to a criminal level) ..that they, in most of their formal complaints they file, they "follow" Twitter and Stocktwits much, much more as their "evidence base used to file said formal complaint w/ a court", than any other platforms. Which means that is where the main "action" is on these massive con jobs and OTC frauds, etc

The moderator role has been neutered to the point of being pretty much pointless IMO ?

A board yesterday - it was one poster, literally 30 plus posts all within minutes of each other and nothing but trash and spam about nothing to "push down" all other posts off that board's main page, and especially to bury factual and real due-diligence posts.

And no, the "Use the block them supposed solution" thing does not work IMO. Blocking a poster then blocks everything they post and thus IF they are part of a thread, it becomes a big gap and one can't see that oneself and real due diligence and facts are being endlessly attacked now, etc.

I'm quickly losing interest here. It's going to be a wasteland copy of at least 5 other clone sites, none of which are worth "joining" etc. I can rapidly scan Stocktwits and don't have to "join" a damn thing as I'd never waste my time making posts there but, as stated, I can "see the flow of the scam and con" very quickly and much easier than here.

Moreover, the main cons and pumps on Stocktwits for example, then lead directly to the Twitter main pumps and likely paid promoters being exposed as they are all linking in their trash postings. Much faster to expose the root of a criminal OTC scam there than wading through this "new thing" trash here now, IMO only.

I'll never have a Twitter account either - biggest waste of time and wasteland ever created, also IMO.
