There are 3 catalysts that needs to happen before it can touch 5 again..

They are (in no particular order)

1) Qatar oil money needs to start loading again
3) BLUE needs to return back to pump it
3) Claytrader needs to start doing his charts everyday again..

Once those 3 happen, nothing can stop this from touching and crossing 5
