April 28, 2023 - closed its previously announced registered direct offering (the “Offering”) 314,465 shares , $6.36 per share, US$2.0 million, before deducting Offering expenses payable by the Company.
The common shares were sold pursuant to a securities purchase agreement, dated April 26, 2023, between the Company and a fund managed by Kingdon Capital Management

Kingdon’s last 13f form (which shows holdings) was filed May 15th for the first quarter. So it looks like second quarter report should be August 15th about. Soon you will have your answer.
