they’ve invented a device that can see silver and gold under the seabed, now they’re supposedly inventing a device that can detect a Colonial Era wreck within 50 miles. It’s been dubbed the ShipShark™ thanks to amusing comments by an affiliate about the device. But let’s forget about that for a moment.
SFRX continued working Melbourne for years even though the state explained to Kyle, The Baer, and Timmy that a Spanish vessel could not be disturbed as it would violate state and federal law.
But the “alleged” reason they finally left Melbourne was because Timmy’s Toy didn’t detect treasure, not because the state won’t issue a Recovery Permit on a vessel they don’t own.
The company went so far as to whine about being held up by the state at Melbourne AFTER being told it was illegal to disturb a Spanish vessel.
They’ve never disclosed this to shareholders. In fact, they said in the last filing the FBAR still hasn’t renewed their Exploration Permits for Areas 1 and 2.
Plus, their website says they’re still active at Melbourne and working in Area 2.
In a video posted 2 months ago Kyle began a talk to potential investors about Spanish vessels.
I don’t think Kyle has amnesia, but apparently shareholders do. And they certainly don’t understand BASIC salvage law.
We’re on the wreck.
2 of 3 items.
It came to rest at the base of a hill.
We can’t ID the wreck, so how can Spain?
Dr. Torres is a brilliant scientist.
Good luck at Juno. If it takes longer than a weekend I wouldn’t fret. They issued 6B shares during the Melbourne fiasco of a project while painting the rosiest of pictures.
I’m sure they can give a repeat performance at Juno.
Quote:I suggest any detractors who now say they never claimed SFRX and specifically SeaSearcher was a con seek professional help immediately, and I don't mean a hooker. You are either delusional or suffer from amnesia. _____________________________
I hope you are not making reference to me. Never implied SFRX or SeaSearcher was a con. To date SeaSearcher remains a unproven novelty - zero success track record in the world of undersea treasure hunting.
