MK said on May 24, 2021 he would submit the Radiogel IDE application within 90-120 days, a statement he never retracted. Here we are over two years later still waiting. Until MK actually does something, I now take his statements regarding future anticipated events as nothing more than intentions that may or may not occur.
Again, I understand a casual reader thinking MK's statement means that the anticipate submission and meeting are happening at same time, or at least within same week (this week). That may be what he meant, although I'd be surprised if that's the case, as what is point of meeting to discuss a test plan that FDA reviewers haven't had time to thoughtfully consider beforehand? In any case, that's not technically what he wrote, and I am a technical reader/writer.
It's Thursday p.m. now. If meeting is indeed this week, surely it has already occurred. Ask RDGL's Twitter flunky how meeting went and when testing will start. Then we'll know.
