That is the whole premise in a nutshell. Shorty is so nervous right now.

This court case was nothing more than an unfounded delay.

Bank of America can create FAKE accounts and charge people fake fees, right~? FELONY
But thanks to FINRA and their Acceptance Wavier and Consent all Bank of America does is sign it, NOTHING EVER HAPPENED, it all goes away, and B of A pays a small fine of a couple of hundred million dollars. Poof~! The smell of Felony white collar crime is GONE~!

FINRA AWC should be abolished. Do the crime do the time~!

This delay was criminal in nature. My opinion. Should be thrown the hell out altogether. Again my opinion.
