Agree - I've been reviewing all of our reports with these guidelines in mind, and, yeah, it's been a "re-set" for me.

I realized that, for myself, there's going to be a lot of re-arranging of my DNA. ha

We just have to be patient with each other and expect bumps, mistakes and confusion. We'll come out the other side, though. :)
