Correct, we are asking Mods to alert Admin to posts that aren't clearly egregious (doxing, nudity, etc.) problems that need to be removed.

We realized that one of the issues that makes us different from other social media is that we have volunteers acting as Mods trying to interpret rules that they did not create themselves. It makes for a very inconsistent application of what is and isn't removed.

As Mods become more comfortable with these new guidelines and the expectations, we believe that as the learning curve progresses Mods will feel more comfortable with what should be removed without asking for Admin's call. But, for now, we thought this was the best approach.
