Interesting perspective, but Form 10-12g's are not required to list all the assets the company doesn't own -- just the assets it does. You probably already knew this? That George RR Martin book is no longer a MIKP asset, though Mark did help Martin sort out the IP rights.
Anyway, the assets MIKP does own are Vampirella (including Draculina, which you famously claimed the company had missed out on), Wish, and the Ella Clah mysteries (an American Indian detective series that has HBO or Peacock written all over it).
All in an SEC-registered OTC Pink Current package, with a market cap of only $2M and only a modest debt owed to the CEO. I can't wait to hear what the CEO says about developing these projects in his July 25 investor call!
