I have noticed that it is significantly better than it was. Things still blink on and off while the page loads, but the final result looks good 97% of the time. And the errors are usually corrected if I scroll down and back up. Maybe it's an android version issue, version 10.x. But it is unique to IHub. Checking for updates says that my tablet is up to date.
