They are getting PAID for SERVICES - and it isn't cheap. Well, at least I hope they are getting paid for services - maybe they aren't and that is why it's taking so long. I lived in Los Angeles and worked for a major bank - and - I know what these accounting services cost - and - it's a boat load of money - especially when they have to straighten messes out. (Plus the accounting firm is based out of Pennsylvania)
Oh - and the accounting firm probably needs to work with Michael Redard (ex-CFO, who no longer works for Avenir) but works for TF Tech Ventures now. So, that makes things even more difficult. Michael would need to make time to spend with the accountants. He and Robby boy both probably.
