Do you really thunk anyone is gonna settle, while they have the threat of lawsuits over their heads.
IF IF IFIN in fact the expiration of the statutes has anything to do with this, imho they will in fact let all those expire............................ IF IF IF NOT they would open a hoard of lawsuits from those that did NOT sign off after seeing what in might be returned...................
