No offense, and I understand the problem, but.....we can see and read and, therefore, what The OTC gods say may not align with the facts in front of us.
The rules on whether you are a shell or not are based on SEC rules not whether some 25 year old analyst at the otc is smart enough to understand whether a company is still shell or not. With that said, the most important thing they need going forward is to have audited reporting so they can uplist to qb and get off the pinks before they can go to Nasdaq. I would never buy or sell a stock based on an arbitrary tag on some website they control.
