Absolutely. And DeepPower working with the University of Oklahoma could also be the "working with one credible University on some amazing technologies in the lithium mining industry" from the press release.
I still believe that the holdup is final approval on the new company by someone outside of their control. Similar to the issue that became public in May because of a previous CEO. I really don't think MacKay is waiting around for sh!ts and giggles. That being said, I believe the partial updates on OTC Markets are a sign that the final steps will be completed any day.
As always, just my opinion, but perhaps more of an educated guess haha.
