agree with your share logic... my concern is more valuation as we dont have any feel for what Diverted's revenue or EBITDA are... once we get a peak into that, we will get a better feel for potential

Remember Simplicity only had like $3-4M in revenue and were heavy net losses (losing a lot of money on that Brazilian esports team and COVID store closings)
