ACCORDING TO SEC RULES/LAW Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933:

The company should announce their engagement &/or Cornerstone_Marketing should formally declare that they are NOT ENGAGED -- but that would NOT be the case for ANY of their EMPLOYEES!! Even those that FRONTLOADED this stock along with others.... Because they would be employed by said company. Sticky situation this...

Seems like a completely legal way to pump and dump stock. Let it go to Expert Market, bring it current every other year and then repeat as many times as needed for self enrichment.
