So, all those Claims were 'extinguished'? Will there be any "Debt-to-Equity Exchange" pretty soon, as part of this 'Netting out' for 'creditors' who 'sold their Debt' to LBHI? I haven't yet gone through in detail the Q Filing But this is a very positive development, as far as progress towards the BK Closing, is it not? TIA & GLTU.
