You have been reading too much nonsense on Reddit about GME.
I doubt you have ever shorted a stock - if so you would know that it isn't possible for the entire float to be shorted - because most of the stock is held in Cash accounts where you can't borrow the shares.

And comparing Mullen to GME isn't practical - GME was close to $25 so there was room to be shorted - it isn't economically feasible to short stocks below $2.50 - and Mullen is at $0.17.
And there isn't any naked shorting.
