So when will THIS IP be monetized? When can SHAREHOLDERS expect to see a profit?

The Company has been dormant for many years. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.


The Company expects to continue to generate operating losses for the foreseeable future. The accompanying consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments as a result of this uncertainty.

Leaving an ALREADY SWOLLEN Market Cap! Fully-diluted, that A/S &O/S will be ONE well before this IP is made for monetization AND REVENUES exceed any COST RECOUPMENTS!!

The track record here is NOT GOOD!! Get the CEO to recover that GRRM IP. Either so THEY MAKE THE FILM (& $MIKP shareholders remain whole on the IP), or he gets it back & CAN LEVERAGE it -- & $MIKP shareholders don't LOSE IT!!


If GRRM gets a phone call (& the Newbauer-Martin affinity is as CLAIMED here), then George is like to go along wth a; "Hey, give me a shot to get this on track! Get that legal issue squashed. Mediate a resolution. And so I don't lose face, NOR MY SHAREHOLDERS faith. PLUS, George will KNOW it's in good hands & Mark is going to FIGHT to see this through!). That's what PRODUCERS DO!! They GET THE DAMN THING MADE!! Not this one. Not so far...

He sure knows how to BANG OUT that A/S though... Max that O/S, get suspended, on greys, go dormant, nearly ANYTHING but MAKE MOVIES that MAKE MONEY!! Which BEGS the question: IF he has had GRRM IP & did SQUAT with it! What the heck is he going to do with ANYTHING ELSE he touches?
