It won't trade at $5 that is where you have a problem. The market naturally adjusts it is called supply and demand. Supply will flood and demand will not keep it at $5. It will dilute the price and ownership. They only way it catches back up is if significant events cause the smaller ownership to be worth $5 again...I don't make the rules. That is just how it works. That is why people hate dilution. Make sales and therebis no need for dilution. You should be calling on management to do their damn job with the crapload of money they already wasted.
